Bereidingswijze
Faire frire
De noedel bites moeten gefrituurd worden voor consumptie. Frituur in vloeibare frituurolie bij 175⁰C. Niet te veel tegelijk; wij adviseren maximaal 3 noedelbite per liter frituurolie. Laat de noedelbite 1 minuut rusten na frituren. Bereidingstijd van een ontdooide bitterballen is 2 tot 3 minuten en van een bevroren bitterbal 4 tot 5 minuten. Frituur de noedelbites nooit langer dan de aanbevolen tijden.
