Préparation
Faire frire
The mini croquettes must be fried before consumption. Fry in liquid frying oil at 175°C (350°F). Don't overcook them; we recommend a maximum of 3 mini croquettes per liter of frying oil. Let the croquettes rest for 1 minute after frying. The cooking time for a thawed croquette is 2 to 3 minutes, and for a frozen mini croquette, 4 to 5 minutes. Never fry the mini croquettes longer than the recommended cooking time.
