Koopmans Professional’s Complete Waffle Mix is the perfect base for making Brussels waffles. This mix can also be used for Bubble Waffles, Waffle Fries, and Waffle Lollipops. Simply add water to this waffle mix, which is made with free-range eggs, and in no time, you’ll have waffle batter. Serve the waffles with fresh fruit, chocolate, or other creative toppings and surprise guests with the taste of these freshly baked waffles. One kilo of Koopmans Professional Waffle Mix is enough for about 16-17 waffles.
