The juices receive an HPP treatment, which means that the juices are placed under a high cold pressure, which ensures the extended shelf life without compromising on taste, color and vitamins. So there is no question of a hot pasteurization, so we do not lose quality here, on the contrary, you get a stable juice, nice in color and good in taste.
