Red Carrot Burger - Vegan
The Red Carrot Burger is made from fresh beetroot and finely chopped carrot, oatmeal and herbs. The sweet and earthy taste is unparalleled.

* PREPARATION METHOD: Baking: After defrosting the product, first let the oil get hot in a frying pan or baking tray, then fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy on both sides. Deep-frying: deep-fry from the freezer for 2-3 minutes at a minimum of 170 C.
* SERVING TIP: Delicious with a mixture of parsley, sriracha sauce & vegan mayonnaise and some avocado and beef tomato in slices and you have something special in no time.

Bake in oven
Rational oven: preheat to 210C, then load and then bake for 8 minutes at 190C - with 50% steam
Fry in grill pan
Prepare product preferably thawed. Heat the oil in the frying pan, then fry the product until crispy on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Before consumption, heat the product through and through to the core.
Barbecue
Prepare product preferably thawed. Rub the product with oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides until crispy. Before consumption, heat the product through and through to the core.
Deep frying
Frozen product ±4 minutes deep-frying at 180C. Defrosted product ±3-4 minutes deep-frying at 180C.
Fry on griddle
