Preparation

Rice cooker: 1. Add 1 cup of rice (175 g) and rinse twice. 2. Add 1.6 cup of water (360 g). 3. Soak in water for 10 minutes. 4. Cover the rice cooker and turn it on. 5. When it automatically turns off do not lift the cover immediately. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
