Knolselderij Burgers - Vegan
The CELERIAC Burger is made from freshly cut celeriac, fennel, oatmeal and herbs. It has a culinary, anise-like flavor.
* PREPARATION METHOD: Baking: first let the oil get hot in a frying pan or baking tray, and then fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy on both sides. Deep-frying: deep-fry for 3-4 minutes at a minimum of 170 C.
* SERVING TIP: Delicious with tarragon mayonnaise or remoulade sauce and diced pickles / cornichons or capers with chopped pearl onions
* The Celeriac Burger from Vonc is 100% vegan, 100% natural (no preservatives, artificial color, fragrance or flavors) and handcrafted
* In the morning the vegetables are delivered fresh. Everything is mixed and baked. The products are therefore pre-cooked and ready-to-eat after thawing.

Bakken in oven
Rational oven: voorverwarmen op 210C, daarna beladen en dan 8 minuten bakken op 190C - met 50% stoom
Barbecuen
Baking: rub the burgers with oil and then fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides until crispy
Frituren
Fry frozen product for ±3-4 minutes at 170C. Fry defrosted product for ±2-3 minutes at 170C.
Bakken op de bakplaat
Bakken: eerst de olie op de bakplaat heet laten worden, en dan 2-3 minuten op beide zijden krokant bakken.
