Description
This vegan carpaccio is made from freshly cooked and pureed beetroot mixed with deliciously tasty, pickled baby beets that give it a visible texture. When sliced, this results in beautifully patterned flavoursome carpaccio with a delicate texture and superb mouth feel. Bon appétit!
SERVING SUGGESTION
Place a portion of the beet carpaccio on a plate and leave it to defrost. Garnish with goat cheese, walnuts, honey and rocket leaves. Of course you can also create your own recipe.
