Vegan Döner-Kebab Natural
The Vegan Döner-Kebab (shawarma) is packed with protein and is a perfect addition to your vegetarian or vegan snack or street food. The döner is made, just like our burger, from Sparc Kitchen's own vegetable wheat texture, which is based on a centuries-old process. The wafer-thin sliced döner is indistinguishable from the real thing. The structure is very fine and can even be fried extra crispy. The sliced slices are not marinated. This allows you to add your own spice mix (with oil).
* METHOD: Baking: After defrosting, bake in a pan or on a baking tray for 2-3 minutes in some oil (do not fry). Bake frozen for a little longer: 3-4 minutes on both sides.
* SERVING TIP: First marinate in a spice mix with (olive or sunflower) oil. We recommend this in a Durum (wrap) or sandwich (pita bread) with your own fresh crispy salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and with a tasty (garlic) sauce. Also delicious as a 'Vegan Kapsalon' with fries, crispy red cabbage and a vegan cheese sauce.

Préparation
Bakken in grillpan
Na ontdooien van het product, op beide zijden 2-3 krokant bakken in de olie (zonnebloem of olijfolie). Bij bevroren product iets langer bakken: 3-4 mintuten op beide zijden.
Au bain-marie
Product is reeds voorgegaard, dus zou au-bain-marie kunnen worden opgewarmd. Maar het is wel zo lekker om het nog even op te bakken zodat het krokante korstjes krijgt. Wij raden aan om altijd product op te bakken zodat het door en door verhit is.
Bakken op de bakplaat
Bakken: Na ontdooien van het product, 2-3 minuten op beide zijden bakken ruim in de (olijf)olie. Bevroren product iets langer bakken, 3-4 minuten op beide zijden.
