Preparation
Deep frying
The noodle bites must be fried before consumption. Fry in liquid frying oil at 175⁰C. Not too many at a time; we recommend a maximum of 3 noodle bites per litre of frying oil. Let the noodle bite rest for 1 minute after frying. Preparation time for a defrosted noodle bite is 2 to 3 minutes and for a frozen noodle bite 4 to 5 minutes. Never fry the noodle bites longer than the recommended times.
