    COMBISTEAMER: Vanaf -18°C: in gastronorm 6 min. op 120°C, 20% stoom. Vanaf +3°C: in gastronorm 3 min. op 120°C, 20% stoom. KOUDE LIJN: Laten ontdooien in koeling bij +3°C gedurende 12u (op basis van 2,5kg in gastronorm). Houdbaarheid na ontdooiing: 3 dagen bij +3°C. Moet voor consumptie minimaal 2 minuten verhit worden tot een kerntemperatuur van +70°C. OVEN: 15 minuten op 160°C.
