Bereidingswijze
Fry in pan
Pan-fry on both sides for 5–6 minutes until a core temperature of 70°C is reached.
Deep frying
Fry in oil or fat at 180°C for approximately 2–4 minutes until golden brown.
Combisteamer
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan oven). Place the product on a wire rack and bake for 13–15 minutes until golden brown. Professional oven with 10% humidity.
Airfryer
180°C, 12 minutes, turn regularly.
